Every product, except the trailer mounted pizza oven, is a loose 2-3 day hire. We do not charge per day. If your party is on a Saturday night, you can either have the equipment delivered during the weekday (Thursday/Friday) or collect it yourself from our Thebarton warehouse. Return of the equipment would be a on Monday.
Any order over $200 requires a 30% deposit within 14 days of booking.
The remainder of the balance can be paid before your event or If you are collecting the equipment from our warehouse you can pay on collection. If you are having your equipment delivered the invoice must be paid before the delivery occurs.
In terms of Audio equipment we will set up & test this equipment upon delivery. To keep our prices low for both the hire & delivery we cannot spend a great deal of time at one location. If you require set up of lighting or other equipment please contact us before your event and we can quote you for this.
All our Electrical equipment is tested & tagged every 3 months.
We try and keep our delivery costs as low as possible, but we also structure our pricing according to the actual costs. Our base delivery fee is $40 each way, (Monday - Friday) within 20km of our Thebarton warehouse.
Saturdays are $75 each way (within 20kms of warehouse)
Sundays $150 each way (Within 20kms of warehouse)
additional charges apply for after hours delivery, difficult to access locations (up lifts, stairs, on beaches etc) & large jobs. Regional delivery charges are by quote.
Yes we have full Public Liability Insurance . We can supply a COC on request
